Certified Health Data Host
In France, all your data is hosted by a certified health data host (HDS), as required by French legislation. This choice enables us to guarantee the protection of all the health data we process, from test results to patients' personal data.
Aware of the sensitivity and confidentiality of health data, we also take care to ensure that only authorised persons have access to data, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
In Switzerland, your data is hosted locally by a host that undergoes regular checks to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data hosted.
Security
We have put in place a number of measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of our users' data. The first measure we take is to regularly back up all data. We carry out regular back-ups to ensure that our users' data is protected against any loss or damage. In the event of a major incident, we can restore data from our backups.
